Review of The Four Musketeers (1974) by Timothy M — 17 Aug 2005
The Four Musketeers is a very dark, yet very fun rendering of the second half of Alexandre Dumas' classic novel.
Stellar performances, with good direction make this a great film, but it is not quite as enjoyable as the first half. The change in composer is also a dissapointment.
But, all in all, a cracking swashbuckler.
