Review of The Fountain (2006) by Alecks M — 06 May 2012
Heavy symbolism and totally arresting visuals, I hung on every quiet word of this film. People say it's Aronofsky's worst, but I couldn't disagree more. This movie definitely has a particular sort of audience, and the confusing plot may not appeal to the average person - but for those that love films that stir them, it's a masterpiece.
This is definitely one of my top ten favorite movies, and definitely still a better love story than Twilight.
