In what is probably the most beautiful movie I've ever seen, The Fountain explores life, death, and beyond with fantastic cinematography and lots of symbolism. The movie is extremely sad but hopeful at the same time.
Not only is this Aronofsky's best film but one of the best films I've ever seen.
