Review of The Fountain (2006) by Lindsey A — 17 Jan 2019
This movie has meant more and more to me the older I have gotten (I saw it for the first time twelve years ago). It bravely brings to the surface human's fear of losing loved ones and the fear of death itself.
I commend Aronofsky for tackling such a complicated theme of life in such a beautiful and poetic way. He is talented in so many ways for his translation. The movie brings me to tears every time I watch it.
