Review of The Florida Project (2017) by Evan F — 03 May 2018

Just could not get into this story. Maybe too honest and documentary like? The kid actors were good, I was intrigued, initially, to see how this kid's rough life might shake out...but then it just dragged and dragged without any evident objective or climax or anything.

Then the conclusion, which I gather is supposed to be the payoff for the previous 90 minutes of stressful misery, just didn't work for me. Whether the intent was that it was in her imagination or real, it just made no sense to me at all.
