Review of The Five Obstructions (2003) by Anthony C — 21 Jan 2008
Von Trier at the top of his game. Even better is this film, more than any of his other ones to my mind has a universal appeal, which von Trier doesn't necessarily seek or need, but I think is a positive nonetheless.
Also, it's a nice respite from the emotionally ravaging films he makes.
