Review of The Final Girls (2015) by Alexander E — 31 Mar 2016

These "piss-take" comedies are either a hit or miss & this film is definitely a giant miss. They spend the whole time ripping off other movies, in this case classic slashers & horrors, and are proof that when you add too much dumb humour to a horror it ruins it.

I give it 2 stars purely for the unintentional laughs it offers. What ever happened to good ole fashioned serious scary fright films? A movie can be funny without being a total joke ya know... or was that the point?
