I really enjoyed this.
I can see why someone wouldn't, if they were expecting a horror movie. It's not, it's a psychological mystery.
The whole thing is clearly a metaphor for teenage female sexuality. I got that, and I'm usually the last one to "get" this type of thing. I think it's pretty well done. It's quite creepy but still manages to be engaging.
Admittedly, the brother is a bit of a wtf, but honestly I don't think this one is to be taken too literally.
