I like the combination of horror film and courtroom drama although the terror isn't as striking as it could have been. Any film that deals with subject matter this grim should be at least an R, probably a hard-R, with lots of shock value and at least language, you're dealing with Satan for God's sakes! Love Linney and Wilkinson but some of the faces Jennifer Carpenter makes will almost make you laugh.
