Review of The Enforcer (1976) by Wesley G — 24 Oct 2008
Much slower compared to the other Dirty Harry films, having less action than the first two. I appreciated the character of Kate Moore, but I did not agree with her development and wished more could have been done with her.
At times, Harry Callahan becomes a bit too soft which distracted me from the tough as nails cop I'm use to.
