Review of The End of the Affair (1999) by Donna H — 23 Jan 2007
This film was an interesting romantic drama, inspired in the book of the same name, and it always has some of the dark and odd elements which are usual in its films. The music is very well matched with film, and the scenes of sex are very well made, without vulgarity.
I think that it employed the elements of the romanticism and the tragedy very well, and the direction was completely good, as usual.
