Get ready a box of tissues if you're watching it. The movie deals strongly with how cruel the human society can be to people... disfigured people or people who are just too sort of 'alien' to belong.
While in here that somehow it's the one that's outcasted that is even more human. And that touches the heart. Brilliant show, with an equally haunting soundtrack.
