My wife and I caught this in NYC on Saturday night. What seems like a simple story, actually is a complex, though-provoking character study between Charlie Banks (Jesse Eisenberg) and the bully from his past (Jason Ritter).
Without revealing too much of the storyline, I will say that this was an thoroughly enjoyable and emotionally satisfying film.
