Review of The East (2013) by Jeff O — 13 Jun 2013
I liked this movie, but I'm not sure if it was the concept that made me like it. I LOVED the idea of an outfit that punishes the corporate elite for their greed. Either way I liked it. The movie didn't take an easy way out that they could have & so many movies in this day & age do by using gratuitous violence, sex, a motorcycle chase scene, fighting sequences where everyone in the movie knows martial arts, or running on rooftops! I do have one question, is it in Alexander Skarsgard's contract that he's naked in every movie he's in? But as my wife said .
..who cares.
