Whether you find all this inane or offensive will probably depend on whether you buy the Dukes' defence of 'never meaning no harm'; either way it's pretty hard going. The cast are slightly spot on but it's spoiled with a weak, silly script but that's what the film is, silly.
If you haven't seen the TV series then I guess this would be acceptable. But it's another TV based film about some tycoon buying out a little (Or something like that) and the Duke boys save the day.
Car chases and stunts are good but that's the only thing that saves this film. Predictable but not the worst TV adaption I've seen, that's not to say it's doing itself some justice.
