I'm one of the Original fan's of the Dukes of Hazzard.

I seen the Dukes of Hazzard Reunion movie back in 1997 and I loved it but when they said lets to a re-make movie of the Dukes of Hazzard the movie stunk and stunk bad.

The cast was mostly all casted wrong and the only {3} actors who was casted right was David Koechner who played {Cooter} and Willie Nelson who played Uncle Jessie and Jessica Simpson other then that THAT was it.

But even that Willie Nelson even killed the Dukes of Hazzard with his pony tails and if Willie Nelson wants to play Uncle Jessie he has to look like Denver Pyle and he had the part right but his Pony Tails killed his part as Uncle Jessie.

The Dukes of Hazzard movie in 2005 was so bad actor Ben Jones the Original Cooter boycott the entire Dukes of Hazzard Re-make movie it was just that bad.

In my option there was not effort ever put in the Dukes of Hazzard re-make film and this show was missing a huge Dukes of Hazzard element in the movie {There was no comedy between Boss Hogg and Roscoe} were was it. ?

If your going to make a re-make movie of a Tv show you have to cast the film right or it will never work and there has to be effort put in the project or it will not work and this is why the Dukes of Hazzard re-make movie failed on the Big Screen.
