Ridley Scotts first film and possibly his best. A great story of honour and the lengths their perception of it will drive men to, the duellists is wonderfully shot and superbly costumed with excellent fight scenes and great performances from the 2 leads, especially Harvey Kietels Gabriel Ferreau.
