Way to overcomplicated. It is trying to be Big Fish, but fails. To many twists that don't make sense. A girl driven out of town because she was accused of killing the bully. She comes back and makes everyone dresses to win them over.
Then it all comes crashing down. Teddy dying was just dumb.
