This Australian revenge comedy is very quirky, but the comical elements are awkward and unreal. I didn't like the overall look of the film, which appeared to be more like a low budget television movie or soapy. The plot is very thin and weak, and as a result I found myself continually losing focus and interest. I kept thinking that I was watching a stage-play rather than a movie, and it felt like many adjoining scenes were just staged set pieces which had been edited together in a disjointed way.
