It is pure magic. The idea, the shaping, the making and the film. Kieslowski was a treasure I'm and always will be grateful to and appreciate. His vision makes people feel so close to yet so surreal whether if you believe in his constant fatalism or not.
God can be cruel but also kind in his films. Irene Jacob's winning performance was simply perfect.
