I'm giving it stars because of the way it's constructed, the cinematography and score is excellent. The film is only really moderately entertaining, because of the absence of likeable characters and a convoluted plot.
The film is like some kind of hybrid of Terry Gilliam's "Brazil" and Roman Polanski's "The Tenant.".
