Review of The Dilemma (1919) by Theresa S — 09 Jul 2011
The Dilemma had a hard time figuring out what kind of movie it wanted to be. I think it was aiming to be comedy but failed at that because even with these 2 comedy stars there were only a few slightly funny scenes.
It also tried to be a love/relationship movie and it half way succeeded at being that. For the most part it was a friendship movie that showed even through tough times you can help a friend out and make him better from it.
Vince Vaughn was featured way more in this one then Kevin James and once again Vince played the same type of guy that he has in the last 10 films he was in. Most people will not like this one because it was advertised as a comedy and it is one of the least funny movies you will ever see these 2 comedy actors in.
