I hated House of 1000 Corpses, but this was a good movie. This seemed to be more influenced by The Wild Bunch and Bonnie and Clyde, while still referencing low budget horror flicks from the 70s. It also has some surprisingly well written dialogue and a great southern rock soundtrack.
