Review of The Deep Blue Sea (1994) by Lh Bones M — 11 Sep 2012
I really enjoyed this film. While it is meant to be a story with no antagonist, I saw Hester (Rachel Weisz) as both the protagonist and the antagonist of this film. As the protagonist it is her choices which drive the story, yet the effect of her choices on others which then rebound onto herself that make her the negative "antagonistic" force in the film.
