Really good, darkly and miserably funny farce about being chewed up in the medical system in Romania. "Sicko" made me wary of returning home to the crappy privatized US system less I fall ill, but now I'm just as worried about sticking around Eastern Europe lest I fall afoul of a crappy *socialized* system.
