Like "Red Dawn", this film predates the Soviet breakdown. Forget any horror movie you have ever seen. This movie was the scariest of them all. There are no zombies or monsters. Just real life drama of the fear that lived in the back of our minds for so long.
This film brought those fears to life. I don't expect younger adults to understand the importance of this film, but they should see it.
