Friend at work told me about this one. Great movie if you like this kind of thing. Not really an action movie or anything like that, but a good kind of slap in the face for anyone that doesn't know how devastating a nuclear attack can be.
This mostly focuses on life before and after a nuclear attack. It has some messed up stuff in it, and there is no happy ending for anyone.
