The Darkest Minds was absolutely WONDERFUL! I'm a huge fan of the book trilogy and I have to say, it's one of the most accurate book to movie adaptations I've ever seen. It is a lot more enjoyable if you've read the books, but someone who hasn't would love it just as well.
The cast had incredible chemistry together and the movie takes you through an emotional roller coaster. There are some loose ends by the end of the movie, but they are all solved in the next two books which will hopefully be made into movies as well.
So far I've seen teens loving this movie and adults (usually around their thirties) criticizing it. But that's just because this movie isn't exactly targeted for the older generation. I mean if y'all had one brain cell you'd love it too but that's none of my business.
