It thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It had not read the books but had very low expectations because it wasn't skewered by the critics. I should know better by now.They get paid to be critical. It thought it was very well acted, had a storyline that's wasn't easy to follow and good action.
What more are you looking for. Perhaps they could have made it longer, but then critics probably would have complained that's it dragged.
