Review of The Dark Knight (2008) by Adam W — 23 Jan 2016
At 2 and a half hours this film is pretty long so it was important for the script to be up to it, thankfully it was.
The Sets, props and costumes are all well done, The fight scenes are well choreographed and Heath Ledger as the Joker absolutely nails the part and Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine also offer great supporting roles.
On the downside Christian Bales "Batman" voice starts to grate by the end and there is a sense that no matter how good it is, it's still a man in a rubber suit punching people.
