30 Days Of Night: Dark Days...This movie was a big let down for me. I absolutely loved the first 30 Days. watched it over and over for the past few years and became completely obsessed with the first 30 days Of Night.
Dark Days vampires look so cheesy and not really frightening looking like the vampires and the first one.(Arvin) scariest/coolest looking vampire from the first film. Their skin looks too white like chalk and their eyes are completely blacked out in Dark days.
I really enjoyed the bloody red outline on the vampires eyes in the first one. In my opinion also I don't like idea if them replacing the actor from first film. When it comes to Sequels I want to see continuity and improvement.
Lilith played bu Mia was perfect, but Lilith's death at the end was kind of cheap and lazy in my opinion. Lilith is the elderly vampires shes been around for a long long time, and seeing her die like that is very cheap.
What I miss was "the all hope is lost", dark, the build up to the main event, and mysterious feel the first film had. I mean I could go on here, this is a huge step down from the first film which was the best vampire movie Iv'e seen to date in my opinion.
What I liked the most out of Dark days was Dane and Lilith characters, I felt they had so much to offer but was cut short....
