Review of The Dam Busters (1955) by Hermann P — 03 May 2009
Three stars for the movie, but full credit for it's historical value. The film explains how Britain secretly developed 'the bouncing bomb' during WW II, with the express purpose of distroying the inaccessible dams of the Ruhr Valley.
Three dams were distroyed, the largest being the 'Moehne Dam'.
