A great movie about a man who rents a home in Seattle and quickly realizes that the daughter of his renters is anything but sane. He is obviously attracted to her, but cannot act on it b/c of her young age.
When he says no one too many times, she takes things into her own hands by attempting to destroy not only his career but his personal life, as well. Good thriller/drama.
