Review of The Conversation (1974) by Sonia S — 22 Nov 2008
Hackman is brilliant in his role; the ride felt real. He plays a surveillance expert most disturbed with being bugged, being loved or showing love. The toilet scene, screams attacking Hackman's ears and hand swipes with blood did a good job in disturbing me.
That gal in the green dress drove me bonkers...so predictable. My favourite quote "I am not afraid of death I am afraid of murder".
