Review of The Cider House Rules (1999) by Matt S — 27 Apr 2011
A touching film that is quite lighthearted throughout much of its story, and yet still manages to sneak in some one-two punches of serious conflict and drama. Toby Mcquire does a great job, as does Michael Caine (even though his American accent always lets a little bit of British through, causing you to giggle a little).
