Review of The Call (2013) by Outi I — 15 May 2014
The Call is a calling to itself one scary thrill ride from start to finish hence why I watched it in the morning time. I am not a big fan of Thrillers but I gave this a shot because of Hale Berry.
I have to say it was surprisingly good for a movie that came out of the WWE studios.
The main three cast members of Halle Berry, Abigail Breslin & Michael Eklund played their roles really well.
The story is about a serial killer that abducts and kills young girls and unfortunately Halle Berry is the emergency operator on the other side of the phone.
Once you get on this ride you will not stop till the end and you better hold on because it will stretch your limits.
I personally think this movie is a one time watch for me.
I would also add that this story could have turned down worse than what it was due to the A list cast that came on board for this movie.
Not suitable for the kiddies or even some adults either.
If your into thrillers or horror flicks give this flick a go.
Keep out of reach of children can not stress that enough.
