Yes, it is biased but I think documentaries about controversial issues are rarely ever NOT biased. While the hospitals are not really given a chance to tell their side, that's fine, since in every day life, their side is the only one that is heard by the majority of people especially mothers.
The whole point of this documentary is to open our eyes to the other options of childbirth... options that are not really other since they are the first ones, the ones we have been using since the beginning of humanity.
After a detour of a few centuries, it is time we went back to what nature has prescribed the best... Don't let the creepy image of the baby eye put you off either...
