Review of The Business of Being Born (2008) by Dave L — 05 Feb 2014
A documentary that is advocating home births and especially natural births. "The Business of Being Born" does bring up interesting facts and questions about why the United States lags so far behind the developed world in infant mortality.
While the movie tries to slant the discussion toward home births and the danger of hospitals, it doesn't get to radical or into the "correlation equals causation" nonsense. By the end, the work ends up being good food for thought.
