Review of The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957) by P. P — 30 Oct 2012
I have been hunkering down with the classics lately. I have always had a soft spot for the grand epic tableaus of David Lean. It is a pleasure to watch William Holden and Alec Guiness chew the scenery.
Bridge on the River Kwai is compelling cinema. A remarkable feat of filmmaking!
