What begins as a comically astute satire becomes a product of the very thing it set out to satirize in the first place. With the exception of some wacky humour, likeable performances and a couple of intentionally cheesy musical numbers, The Brady Bunch Movie eventually fizzles out and becomes more uneasy to watch as it progresses.
It starts well, but can't maintain a whole feature film based on essentially a one-joke formula.
