Review of The Boy (2016) by Guilherme N — 17 Aug 2017
This film starts out with great promise. There's a sense of creepiness when we take a tour of the neo Gothic home and get introduced to the various and limited characters. But, then the film veers off into bumpy territory, falls into clichés and some fairly sketch acting and the direction just dwindles away, and it almost feels made for TV.
Not very good.
