Review of The Book Thief (2013) by Sean G — 11 May 2014
A very enjoyable drama set in a terrible time. Inevitably it does not end entirely happily for all the characters but it is a positively themed story. The acting is consistently excellent. The narrator character is the most unusual since The Devil's Backbone.
