Review of The Book of Life (2014) by Cylus O — 10 Nov 2014
Book of Life has an interesting take on women in film, one that I do thoroughly enjoy. The animation is absolutely flawless and the plot is cute, but not brilliant, if you know what I mean. The humor is a little childish (but it is obviously a kids movie, after all, so I can hardly fault them).
All in all a cute and fun movie for all involved :).
