Critics complain about this film's tonal shift, that it didn't work. I thought it did, and if you watch the trailer, the director leaves you clueless as to what happens in the middle of this film.
Jacob Tremblay was surprisingly great as well as another phenomenal performance by Naomi Wats, and Jaeden Lieberher.
8/10.
