Review of The Blob (1988) by Elziard B — 19 Aug 2008
What a mullet, kevin! this one does well in paying homage (almost scene for scene, with an 'R' twist) but the matte screens are just as hokey as the '58's miniatures. creature effects are a B-quality Carpenter film; sometimes good, but when bad, it's bad.
The end kills it for me, but otherwise it's decent.
