Review of The Bishop's Wife (1947) by Warren S — 10 Mar 2008
An interesting drama about a minister's wife who finds herself attracted to a new man and the preacher who is so preoccupied with his new church that he wants to build that he doesn't even see it.
Turns out the man in questions is an angel played by Cary Grant. Loretta Young is good as the wife. David Niven is the Bishop who needs to have his eyes opened to what really matters.
