Review of The Big Short (2015) by Matthew N — 12 Apr 2016
Thought I understood what the collapse was about - this film did an excellent job of edification about it. All while using humor & engaging dialog & characters.
By the end I was ticked off - and you should be too!
Just heard 12 Apr 2016, Goldman Sachs agreed to pay $2 billion in fines due to their role in this. Yet, the NPR commentator said it may just be business as usual for G-S, as they made so much $$, that this _paltry_ fine was worth it for them as the price of doing biz. Disgusting!
