Review of The Big Kahuna (1999) by Ryan L — 24 Aug 2008
What doesn't work for me is Peter Facinelli's character. If he's so religious and ethical, why would he go into the line of work he's in, and why would such a company hire him, since it's clear he's not interested in being an effective salesman.
The acting is solid, though, and Danny DeVito's performance in particular shows a surprising level of darkness and melancholy.
