Review of The Big Heat (1953) by Joe L — 15 Nov 2009
Great cop noir that is made all the better due to Glen Ford. Ford is always the likable guy in films, so when things go bad and he gets twisted... it makes for a near horror film quality. It all starts simply enough, by the end no one is safe and it's films like these that makes you wonder where Hollywood is hiding it's balls now a days.
