PLOT SPOILER: 2nd-generation laid-back New Orleans cop who accepts some 'normal' bribes but is basically a good guy. Gets involved with DA investigating murders of apparent rival drug suppliers.
Turns out PD is taking over the trade to calm the streets and instigating the murders themselves. Cop decides to be more ethical and works with DA to stop it. REVIEW: Great.
